Who we are

ENSO Studio: Diverse Expertise Serving Restoration.

ENSO Studio, founded by Milena Maesani, leverages a team of industry professionals. In addition to the owner and restorer Milena Maesani, the staff is composed of collaborators with multidisciplinary experience.

The structure specializes in the development and management of interventions, either independently or in support of architects, interior designers, archaeologists, construction companies, and other design groups, and utilizes a team of restoration and decoration operators.
The team is made up of experts, each specializing in a specific area.

Beyond Restoration: People, the Added Value of ENSO Studio

Milena Maesani
Owner of the Studio and Doctor of Restoration, a versatile professional, coordinator, and executor of important interventions.
Daniela Bulgheroni
Chief Communications Officer, marketing, and public relations. Also handles the coordination and management of the Studio as office manager.
Andrea Molinari
Construction Site Manager, responsible for operational personnel management and coordination of technical activities on site.
Chiara Colombo
Highly experienced restorer working in category 2-3, site manager, supervisor of restoration projects and their operational plans.
Chiara Randisi
Restoration Technician, she primarily works on immovable assets. She collaborates with the Studio as continuous support. Versatile, she operates on all decorative surfaces of architectural elements.
ILARIA SIRIANNI
Restorer and collaborator of the Studio, she handles conservation, cataloging, and restoration activities for movable assets at the laboratory. In addition to the technical and practical activities, she conducts research and planning for this specific sector.
Mary Cunzolo
Mary Cunzolo, an interior and exterior decorator, is also an active collaborator on the ENSO Studio team.
