We oversaw the entire restoration and decorative design of this hospitality project, transforming the structure into a luxurious Hotel de Charme set within a charming 18th-century courtyard. The restoration meticulously preserved the original atmosphere and architectural integrity of the historic house.

The intervention included the creation of marble plaster finishes in every room and “pastellone” cocciopesto surfaces in the bathrooms. We also installed cement-effect resin floors and carefully restored the original terracotta elements, wooden ceilings, and every single stone feature. Furthermore, the exterior facades were finished in traditional plaster.

Artistic touches include a hand-painted mural fresco featuring the inn’s emblem above the main entrance, along with custom-designed logos that uniquely distinguish each guest room.

The project was developed by architects Omar Berri (Studio R19, Milan) and Ambrogio Grassi (Studio Grac, Mendrisio).
