This project involved a comprehensive restoration and decorative design for both the interior and exterior of the property.
Exterior Intervention: For the exposed brick facades, we performed structural repointing of the joints and a deep cleaning to remove microbiological growth (moss, lichens) and black crusts.
Interior Intervention:
- Structural Elements: Restoration of original exposed brick vaults and terracotta flooring.
- Surface Design: Decorative treatment of floors and walls using resins customized to match the texture of the original plasters.
- Pictorial Finish: A specialized wall painting process was implemented to integrate architectural structural elements with wall textures, creating a soft, welcoming, and elegant living environment.
